Lots of things, but most importantly for this post would be that they are all influences on my latest WIP.

Sure! :-) btw. How are Nate's and your artistic efforts going? I know you've been down in L.A. for film stuff over the years. What's on the table now that the M.A. is done (congrats on that!).

Thoughts after reading the "Iliad" to prepare a Greece unit for my students: -Hector is a jerk until he's dead. He even advocates the exposure of Achaean corpses and then has the cheek to turn around and ask Achilles to spare his.
