Classroom Doodle (Cont.): Creative Platypus

Two more characters from my study hall's t.v. show pitch. Here, we have the novice companion of our title character and the good old Irish priest from the church down the way from the convent. I'm envisioning a Northern, urban setting for the show, though I defer to the creative genius of the others. Now all we need is the Mother Superior and a few Italians to round the thing out.

Thoughts after reading the "Iliad" to prepare a Greece unit for my students: -Hector is a jerk until he's dead. He even advocates the exposure of Achaean corpses and then has the cheek to turn around and ask Achilles to spare his. He rudely ignores Polydamas' prophecies and fights outside the gate to save his pride knowing full well what it will cost his family and city.
